Week 5 College Water Polo Rankings: Stanford Retains Top Spot, Little Movement Among The Poll

The Week 5 women's varsity top 20 has been released and spots No.1 through 17 are the same, with the Stanford Cardinal holding down the top spot. There was not a lot of games this past week which explains for the poll not changing all that much.

The changes in the poll come at the bottom with Long Beach State falling from No. 18 to a three-way tie for No. 20 when they were upset by UC San Diego 9-7, and with the win UC San Diego moved into the polls at No. 19. Princeton moved up one spot as they went 4-0 at the Bucknell Invitational.

Cal State Bakersfield and Iona College round out the top 20 as the two are tied with Long Beach State at the No. 20 spot.
