Hungary and the United States are in the same draw for the Olympics and so that means it will be a good measuring stick to see where both teams stand against each other, or the two teams will just be trying different techniques and lineups as to not give anything away.
The game against Hungary will be a rematch of the 2008 Olympic finals which Hungary won 14-10 which was four years ago and the teams are a bit different, but it will be a good measuring stick.
Another purpose of these exhibitions is to evaluate who will make the Olympic team, currently there are 16 players who part of the national team, but that number needs to be cut down by three. The team will be announced on July 5 which leaves about six weeks left for evaluation.
