The 2012 London Olympics are underway and with NBC's promise to show everything live either online, on the NBC Live Extra app or on television it is great to be able to watch all of the United States and other water polo matches. Luckily for us in the United States the water polo times are at a reasonable hour across all time zones.

The complete schedules and draw have been known, and now here is the television schedule.

Also, just to be safe check your local listings because good old regular NBC does things a little bit differently for those living in the Mountain and Pacific time zones, even for live events. The Opening Ceremonies are a good example for us not in the Central or Eastern time zones. Everything online is live, everything on television on July 29 is on a delay.

Men's July 29 schedule:

Greece vs. Croatia - Online: 4:50 a.m. ET
• Kazakhstan vs. Spain - Online: 4:50 a.m. ET
Italy vs. Australia - Online: 9 a.m. ET
• Hungary vs. Serbia - Online: 9 a.m. ET, TV: MSNBC 2 p.m. ET (Tape Delay)
• Romania vs. Great Britain - Online: 1:10 p.m. ET
Montenegro vs. United States - Online: 1:10 p.m. ET TV: NBC 2:40 p.m. ET & PT, 1:40 p.m. CT & MT (Tape Delay) Online
